HARPER & COOP STORE CREDIT POLICY

• Store credits can only be used at Harper & Coop online store.
• Treat your store credit like cash
• Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the store credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.
• Store credit is valid for 12 months after the date of issue.
• If you paid for shipping at the time of your original order, you will not be credited for the cost of shipping when we receive your return.
• Free shipping is only available with your original order and will be deducted from your store credit on the return of any item/s
