HARPER & COOP RETURN POLICY:

At Harper & Coop we hope you love your order, but if you are not completely satisfied, it doesn’t fit or your purchase doesn’t suit you we will happily accept returns for a store credit only. We do NOT provide refunds for change of mind or incorrect selections.

We do not offer exchanges, as we cannot guarantee that we will have a different size and/or colour in stock. If you would like to order a different size/colour, return your garment/s as soon as possible and once we will issue you with a store credit. A store credit will only be issued if the returned items are deemed eligible according to the return requirements below. You can use your store credits to order a different size/colour or any of our other products.

To be eligible for a return the items must be:

  • Received in original condition - unworn, unwashed, unstained and unperfumed with all tags still attached.
  • Returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Free from any stains, fake tan, make up marks etc…
  • A full price item – there is no returns on sale items

Return postage costs is the customers responsibility. We do not take responsibility for lost or damaged returns. We highly recommend using a courier and/or mailing service that offers tacking. If your return does not meet Harper & Coop requirements listed above it may be sent back at additional cost to the customer.

Please note if you paid for shipping at the time of your original order, you will not be credited for the cost of shipping when we receive your return. If you were allegeable for free shipping at the time of purchase your will be credited minus the cost of re-shipping and handling of your replacement item. Free shipping is only available with your original order.

MAKING A RETURN:

  1. Please make sure your garment/s meet the above requirements
  2. Email harperandcoops@gmail.com to let us know that you will be making a return
  3. Complete the Returns Form – This form was sent out with your order - this form MUST be included with your return as well as the original invoice
  4. Send your garment/s to:

  1. Once your return has been received, assessed and approved, we will issue you with a store credit. This will be sent to the email attached to your original order. Please note that this process may take 2-3 business days to complete after your return is received.

FAULTY ITEMS

We at Harper & Coop conduct thorough inspections of all items before they are packed and shipped to our customers. We stand behind the quality of our products, but if you come across a manufacturing fault, please contact us IMMEDIATELY at harperandcoops@gmail.com .

Lose threads are not considered a fault. Faults may include but are not limited to; broken or faulty zips, broken or missing stitching, uneven hemline, holes in the fabric. In the case of a faulty product we at Harper & Coop will replace the item and cover the cost of the of the return postage. If we don’t have a replacement item you will be fully refunded for the item. We require all faulty items to be posted back to us within 7 days of first contacting us of the fault.

Please note to speed up the process we ask that in your initial email you provide photos of the fault.
